Stock Products
Unused and in original packaging — return within 30 days for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping.
Custom Products
Custom sticks and wraps are made to order and are final sale. We cannot accept returns on customized items. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days.
Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email support@hkyiq.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
