What's the difference between Impulse, Quantum, and Savant?
Impulse is our quick-release line — low kick point for fast shots. Quantum delivers elite performance for competitive players. Savant is the complete player's stick — mid kick, maximum control. Check the Compare page for a full breakdown.
What sizes are available?
Savant comes in Youth, Junior, Intermediate, and Senior. Impulse is available in Senior and Intermediate. Quantum in Senior, Intermediate, and Junior. All sticks come in multiple flex options.
Can I customize my stick?
Yes. Use our Stick Lab to choose your build, size, flex, hand, and colors. Custom wraps are also available through the Skate Wrap Lab.
What are skate wraps?
Custom vinyl wraps designed in our 3D configurator. Choose patterns, colors, logos, and personalization — then see it live on a photorealistic skate model before ordering.
Membership
How does the membership work?
Pay $39.99/year and get 33% off every stick at checkout. It works like Costco — one flat annual fee unlocks member pricing on all builds and sizes.
Does the discount apply to custom sticks?
Yes. Member pricing applies to every stick order — custom spec, custom wrap, or stock.
How fast does it pay for itself?
One stick. A Base member saves $66+ on a single Savant Senior ($199 retail → $133 member). The membership costs $39.99.
What are Legacy tiers?
Legacy Free and Legacy $40 are grandfathered tiers for early supporters. They get 40% off instead of 33%. These tiers are invite-only and no longer available for new signups.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 5–7 business days within Canada and the US. Custom sticks and wraps may add 3–5 business days for production.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Can I return a custom product?
Custom sticks and wraps are made to order and cannot be returned. Stock items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.
