1. Snap a photo of the broken stick showing the damage.
2. Upload it through your account or email it to warranty@hkyiq.com with your order number.
3. We rebuild and ship a replacement to your exact saved specs. Same build, same flex, same graphics.
Time-based, cause-agnostic. No defect vs. breakage distinction.

Custom sticks are final sale — no returns for preference (wrong color, changed your mind). The No Argument warranty covers all breakage per your membership tier.

Custom products — final sale, no returns. Production defects (bubbling, peeling, color mismatch) within 14 days: upload a photo and we'll reprint free.
