Divide your weight in pounds by two for a starting point, then go 5–10 points softer for a quicker release. KICK POINT → Where your stick loads and releases energy. Low kick for snap shots and quick releases. Mid kick for powerful shots and versatile play. CURVE → P92 for lifting pucks and all-around play. P28 for toe drags and top-shelf shooting.
